What You Will Do:

  • Focus on Digital Automation, Enterprise Automation and Data Migration leveraging SharePoint Online, Power Platform and DevSecOps automation.  

  • Develop technical solutions for scalable enterprise SharePoint Online solutions using customization and configuration techniques, including the use of Power Platform.

  • Bulk Data migration experience (Folders and Files migration from network drive to SharePoint Libraries) and enabling the Azure Search, Analyze, and Correlate big data (approx 1.5 million) reports.

  • Work with customers and the development team in the design, administration, and maintenance of SharePoint Online-based business solutions.

  • Design solutions based on established patterns and best practices around Content Management, User Adoption, Governance, and Change Management.

  • Design and develop Power Platform solutions that take advantage of standard web technologies, such as CSOM, JavaScript, OAuth, and OData.

  • Develop solutions that comply with SharePoint Online development best practices.


What You Will Need:

  • US Citizenship is contractually required for this role.

  • US equivalent Bachelor's Degree. Degree can be substituted with 4 additional years of experience.

  • At least 4-6 years of IT systems development experience, with a primary focus on SharePoint-based solutions.

  • Experience as Applied Agile practitioner with familiarity of Safe Agile Framework (SAFe).

  • Hands-on experience designing SharePoint Online solutions to meet customer requirements.

  • In-depth understanding of the capabilities of Power Apps, Power BI and Power Automate, and Office 365/SharePoint Online.

  • Experience with SharePoint Framework, JSON, JavaScript& HTML&CSS, Power Automate flows, Power BI, Power Apps, REST, jQuery, and branding & customization.

  • Experience developing apps for SharePoint client object model, JavaScript object model, and REST endpoints in SharePoint Online.

  • Experience in incorporating the re-platforming of the application from an on-premise data center to  Azure Cloud Subscription (PaaS) capabilities (eg., Azure Search (Taxonomy) and Azure SQL).

  • Experience in utilizing cloud-based services to rapidly develop and deploy new capabilities and datasets.

  • Thorough knowledge of SharePoint Online features for collaboration and business process automation.

  • Solid understanding of SharePoint administration.

  • Working experience in SharePoint Framework (SPFx) is a plus.

  • Experience designing solutions based on the Microsoft Office suite of products.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Experience creating SharePoint/ Power Platform. 

  • Microsoft certifications is a plus. 

The annual salary range for this position is $100,200.00-$150,200.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
