Job Description
As a CRM Data Analyst, you will play a vital role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to uncover valuable insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Finance, to identify trends, measure performance, and develop actionable strategies to drive sales growth and improve overall business outcomes. 
  
Responsibilities 
  • Collect, organize, and analyze large volumes of data from various sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. 
  • Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data sets to support decision-making processes. 
  • Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders. 
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to identify opportunities for revenue growth and customer acquisition. 
  • Basic PC Troubleshooting 
  • Perform statistical analysis and predictive modelling to support sales forecasting and demand planning. 
  • Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and provide recommendations based on findings. 
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate data quality, identifying and resolving any inconsistencies or anomalies. 
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis. 
  • Manage and maintain our Salesforce platform, including user management, data management, and customization of fields, objects, and flows 
  • Work with business stakeholders to identify and implement improvements to our Salesforce platform, including automation of business processes using approval processes and flows. 
  
Qualifications 
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role in an IT or sales environment. 
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. 
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and experience with statistical tools is a plus. 
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and experience working with large datasets. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
