Our proprietary Ground Control Software (GCS) for Drones, named AeroGCS, revolutionizes unmanned aerial vehicle operations, providing unparalleled control, security, and efficiency.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to drive the sales of our proprietary AeroGCS software within the defence sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling technology solutions to defence customers, possess a deep understanding of defence procurement processes, and have a network within the defence industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Business Development: o Identify and target defence customers who can benefit from the AeroGCS software. o Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets.
  1. Relationship Management: o Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within defence o Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
  1. Market Analysis: o Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and defense procurement policies. o Provide market feedback to the product development team to enhance the AeroGCS offering.
  1. Proposal Development: o Prepare compelling and customized proposals for defence customers, highlighting the unique benefits of o Work closely with the proposal team to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
  1. Contract Negotiation: o Lead negotiations with defence customers to secure contracts, ensuring favourable terms for both parties.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related
  • Proven experience in selling technology solutions to defence
  • Strong understanding of defence procurement
  • Established network within the defence
  • Excellent communication and presentation
