The appliedAI Institute advances Europe by creating and disseminating expertise in Artificial Intelligence. We are Europeâs largest initiative for the application of cutting-edge trustworthy AI, leveraging Europes innovative power through education, research, and publications. Your mission
Whether conferences, trade fairs, working groups, trainings, webinars or podcasts â you are world class in organizing unique events. As an excellent and compelling communicator and customer-focused event manager (m/f/x), you will collaborate with our internal teams and external stakeholders to create unforgettable event experiences. Your main tasks will be:
- Development and execution of a best in class event and event communication strategy.
- Collaboration with internal teams to support on event prioritization and preparation.
- Content creation, conception, organization, implementation and follow-up of different event formats and scale (live, hybrid & digital).
- Coordination with venues, vendors and support teams to help execute events - from planning and facilitation to load in and load out.
- Collaborating with the team on event branding, digital assets, promotion and increased audience acquisition/ participation.
- Management of event webpage content, monitoring RSVPs and adjusting headcount, floorplan, etc. accordingly.
- On-site and online support for participants, speakers and trainers (traveling activity 10%)
- Measurement of event success based on metrics and feedback to continuously optimize our engagement formats.
- Planning and maintaining event budgets and working with accounting to ensure vendor invoices are paid.
- Implementation of related event processes and technology solutions.
