Job Description
The Recruitment Consultant is responsible for placing candidates into contract positions and generating new business opportunities within existing or new clients. The Recruitment Consultant reports to the Recruitment Manager or Team Lead.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible and committed to delivering the agreed financial revenue targets by successful job placements. The financial revenue targets will be weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets working closely with the Director of Staffing, Recruitment Manager, and Sales teams.
In addition, you will
- Manage the end to the end recruitment process to source for quality candidates via a detailed job brief
- Build a candidate pipeline by deploying various sourcing and recruitment channels including but not limited to social media, online portals, referral programs, campaigns etc
- Constantly attract suitable candidates in line with current and future job roles and ensure candidate ownership
- Produce candidate profiles to submit to clients, detailing achievement, work experience, suitability to the organization, and other relevant information
- Work with the sales team to identify, negotiate and develop long term profitable relationships with key clients
- Proven track record of achievements to be shared.
- Build intelligence on client companies through reviewing candidates’ interview experience.
- To proactively sell candidates to appropriate companies who have had a past requirement for the candidates’ skill set.
Business Acumen
- To improve DTS Hire’s penetration into the staffing local recruitment market by ensuring Adecco has the sales activity to gain maximum benefit from local opportunities.
- Identify and introduce new business opportunities for all DTS Hirebusiness streams (cross selling)
- To continually seek to develop the business within existing clients by identifying opportunities and expanding DTS Hireservices by dept and /or location.
- To proactively sell candidates to appropriate companies who have had a past requirement for the candidates’ skill set.
Relationship Building
- Establish and maintain good relationships with prospect and existing clients
- Continually improve client relationships by reviewing customer feedback information and taking positive steps to address customer concerns and build on causes of satisfaction.
- Review branch ‘dormant’ clients and maintain ongoing relationships with them, promoting Adecco’s services.
People Skills
- Interview and assess candidates to fully understand their capabilities and ensure best possible job matching.
- Provide feedback to candidates to enable them to identify development needs and build their suitability for vacancies
Requirement :
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, any field.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Experience in staffing or contract hiring of manafacturing, blue-collar position is advantage.
