Responsibilities: As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, shortlisting, and hiring the best candidates for various roles in our organization. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and competencies
Making job offers and negotiating compensation packages
Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices

Qualifications and Skills: To be considered for this position, you must possess the following:

A degree in HR or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in recruitment
Proven track record of successfully hiring top talent
