Client Success Specialist.

As a Client Success Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, reaching and engaging potential customers, as well as maintaining and fostering good relationships with existing clients. This is a great opportunity to pick up B2B , IT industries marketing tactics and business development knowledge , grow your sales and marketing career, as successful executives will progress to manager level as per company career road map.

The ideal candidate has a positive team spirit, strives for continual personal and professional growth, and is committed to both their success and the success of the organisation. He or she must be active in LinkedIn, familiar with Digital marketing best practices and beside English , able to master one other language.

The Job:

  • Source and identify prospects, evaluate their requirements in terms of demand creation and demand to sales requirements, work with internal stake holder to propose services that meet the prospect requirements.
  • Develop and formulate effective selling strategies, recommending services and ensuring proper follow-up in order to win sales.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support and researching and recommending new approaches and data points to help them create new business opportunities.
  • Maintain quality service by applying and implementing organizational standards.
  • Work closely with Project execution team, contribute to team effort by completing related tasks as required.

Skill Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Articulate, with good phone skills and comfortable with sales presentations.
  • Dynamic, with a results-driven personality.
  • Good interpersonal skills and self-motivation.
  • Able to work independently at the same time a good team player with a proactive attitude.
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience with Diploma/Degree level and above. However, individuals with related sales experience but no Diploma/Degree are welcome to apply.
  • Active in social media like LinkedIn.

Knowledge of Digital marketing.
