As a Client Success Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, reaching and engaging potential customers, as well as maintaining and fostering good relationships with existing clients. The Job:

Source and identify prospects, evaluate their requirements in terms of demand creation and demand to sales requirements, work with internal stake holder to propose services that meet the prospect requirements.
Develop and formulate effective selling strategies, recommending services and ensuring proper follow-up in order to win sales.
Maintain relationships with clients by providing support and researching and recommending new approaches and data points to help them create new business opportunities.
Maintain quality service by applying and implementing organizational standards.
Work closely with Project execution team, contribute to team effort by completing related tasks as required.
