Job description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Placement Recruiter to join our company fractional CMO. fractional CMO specializes in providing marketing operations and digital transformation services. As a placement recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, sourcing, and placing top-tier marketing technology professionals who understand the nuances of marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, etc. This role requires a deep understanding of recruitment in the US market, including knowledge of terms like H1B, C2C, 1099, and W2.

Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate closely with our fractional CMO team to comprehend the specific requirements, skill sets, and expertise needed for various marketing technology positions.

  • Employ a range of sourcing strategies, including online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and direct outreach, to identify and engage potential candidates.

  • Screen resumes, conduct comprehensive interviews, and assess candidates' technical skills, industry experience, and cultural fit.

  • Develop and maintain an extensive pipeline of marketing tech professionals with expertise in platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, and other relevant tools.

  • Leverage your understanding of recruitment regulations and industry norms to navigate the complexities of terms like H1B, C2C, 1099, and W2 for placing candidates appropriately.

  • Collaborate with our management team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires and facilitate transparent communication between candidates and hiring managers.

  • Stay current with marketing technology trends, ensuring you can accurately evaluate candidates' proficiencies and provide insights to the hiring team.

  • Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions, assessments, and feedback in our applicant tracking system (ATS) Zoho Recruit.

  • Provide regular updates to the management team on the status of recruitment activities, including metrics and progress.

  • Represent our company at industry events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to increase our presence in the talent market.



Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications or master's degrees are advantageous.

  • Proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on placing candidates in marketing technology or related roles.

  • Familiarity with various sourcing tools, online job boards, ATS platforms, and social media channels.

  • In-depth knowledge of US recruitment regulations, including H1B, C2C, 1099, and W2 terms.

  • Understanding of marketing technology platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, and related tools.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.

  • Proactive problem-solving skills and adaptability to evolving recruitment needs.

  • High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive candidate information.

  • Demonstrated ability to build strong candidate relationships and effectively manage candidate expectations.

  • A passion for staying updated on industry trends and continuously enhancing recruitment strategies.
