The Role:

We are looking for multiple W2 Technical Recruiters, specializing in H1B transfers and visa sponsorships, who will define, design, and implement recruitment strategies.



Responsibilities:





Execute all aspects of the recruiting process, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Source, screen, and recruit candidates with valid U.S. visas such as H1B

Manage H1B visa transfers to the company's W2.

Match skilled professionals (Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Cybersecurity) to suitable roles.

Provide visa sponsorship, green card processing, and ensure E-Verified compliance.

Facilitate communication with candidates, managing offers, onboarding, and relocations.

Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful placements.

Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies specific to each role.

Build and maintain a strong network of passive candidates through both internal and external networking.

Understand client job profiles, responsibilities, and skill requirements to effectively source candidates.

Manage interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth onboarding for hires.

Stay updated with recruiting trends, visa types, and best practices in the industry.

Source candidates through a variety of methods, including online platforms, referrals, and databases.

Meet hiring metrics and performance targets.

Attract and screen top technical candidates (both passive and active) for a range of technical roles, including H1B transfers.





Basic Qualifications:





5+ years of technical recruiting experience, especially with visa transfers.

Strong knowledge of U.S. work visas and immigration processes.

Experience in IT or tech industry hiring.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with W2/1099 candidates and visa types is required.

Experience with job boards such as Dice.com, Monster.com, Indeed, and CareerBuilder.

Strong understanding of client engagement to meet hiring objectives.

Advanced sourcing skills using online tools and social media.

Knowledge of X-ray search techniques.

Demonstrated ability to mentor other recruiters.





Desired Qualifications:





Certified LinkedIn recruiter.

Experience with ATS platforms like Ceipal, JobDiva, or Oorwin.
