Job description
Your missionsAledade, a public benefit corporation, exists to empower the most transformational part of our health care landscape - independent primary care. We are actively searching for a Value Based Care (VBC) Performance Analyst to join the team. With the direction of the VBC Performance Manager, the VBC Performance Analyst will conduct data analysis, track key performance indicators, and provide detail-oriented operational support to ensure our practices’ success in Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP) and health plan payer contracts (Commercial, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid).
In addition, the VBC Performance Analyst will collaborate with Aledade’s field teams across the United States and with health plan payer partners to achieve mutually defined performance goals. The VBC Performance Analyst must be mission-driven, detail-oriented, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, and fluent in Google Suite tools such as Google Sheets.
