Position Details (What will you be doing?) 

As the Manager, Retention Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in proactively identifying opportunities to drive the retention of our customer base. Leveraging advanced segmentation tools and targeting capabilities, you will gain valuable insights and trends to develop new strategies. 

  • Own strategy for improving customer LTV for both brands through retention programs.  
  • Develop and manage retention program strategy, calendars & execution: email, SMS, retargeting, sweeps, referral, cobranded partnerships and launch new.
  • Set KPI’s and monitor performance.  Report on campaign revenue, LTV, volume, and profitability weekly and continuously look for opportunities to improve future results.
  • Execute a data driven approach to managing retention programs, encourage the team to test and learn, coordinate with analytics partners on proving incrementality, and utilize learnings for future strategy shifts. 
  • Lead customer retention focused MarTech improvement projects.
  • Collaborate with acquisition and brand leads to achieve target KPIs and to ensure customer journeys are fully mapped.
  • Collaborate with the ecommerce team on optimizing the site experience.
  • Collaborate with external partners to develop and deliver a best-in-class experience and achieve target business metrics. 


Education & Experience (What education and experience will you need to be successful?)

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing or related business field. 
  • Must have at least 2+ years of Associate Manager, Manager, or Sr. Manager level experience.
  • Proven experience driving profitable, fast, sustainable growth for an eCommerce business. 
  • Exhibited leadership experience in Retention Marketing. 
  • Extensive CDP and CRM knowledge and experience implementing new ESPs, CDPs, and CRMs.
  • Experience forecasting and reporting KPIs to a large audience, including executives.
  • Strong track record of leadership and ability to attract and retain talent.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of the digital landscape, including platforms, tools, agencies, paid media channels, optimization of channels, and analyzing results within these areas. 
  • Highly analytical with knowledge and experience using CRM marketing applications, Google Analytics, and other analytics tools.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to implement.
  • Strongly collaborative and resourceful individual who can function at a high level but at the same time roll your sleeves up to do what needs to get done.
  • Adept and capable of building and maintaining strong trusting partnerships and relationships across internal departments as well as with the company's external consumer and service providers.

Pay Range (How much might you earn in your base salary?)

$98,205 - $110,000 annually


Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This information is provided per CA SB 1162 (“CA Pay Transparency Law”). Base pay information is based on market location. Learn more about ecoATM benefits here.

This position may also be eligible for short-term and long-term incentives based on individual and company performance.
