Description

Digital Media Account Manager

We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, intelligent, outgoing, and motivated Digital Media Account Manager to renew and upsell professional/consumer targeted online advertising, custom digital media solutions, and sponsorship opportunities to advertising agencies working with pharmaceutical brands.


The position requires a dedicated individual with a strong work ethic, a natural curiosity to learn more about our clients’ business and digital media, and a commitment to personal success. The perfect Digital Media Account Manager is customer service oriented, produces high quality work, is well organized, personable, and has a strong goal-oriented desire to learn and consistently improve.


Experience and demonstrable success as a media planner or media buyer (especially in pharmaceutical marketing or internet advertising) preferred. The Digital Media Account Manager should be comfortable working in a fully remote work environment.


Job Responsibilities:

· The Digital Media Account Manager is primarily for contract renewals, upsells, and account expansion with existing clients in a remote environment

· Work collaboratively with operations, partner development, and proposal desk teams to deliver successful client presentations 

· Understand and effectively communicate when, where, and how EHS offerings would deliver value to clients

· Serve as the primary subject matter expert and technical resource for client accounts

· Effectively, accurately, and consistently utilize Salesforce CRM and other software to accurately record prospecting activities, client meetings, sales calls, presentations, proposals, closed deals, and related sales activities

· Manage the sales pipeline, and more specifically the opportunities, meetings, tasks, and revenue expectations, to provide management with real-time critical insights

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with agency and brand clients interested in digital display advertising through ongoing communication 

· Conduct Quarterly Business Review meetings for Tier A clients

· Partner with the pre-Sales, Account Associates, Finance, Reporting & Analytics, and Ad Operations to assist managing campaign delivery and help to maximize revenue

· Accountable for the successful fulfillment and completion of all client contract deliverables, within contract terms, from kick-off through close

· Ensure all client and internal compliance processes are followed

· Forecast, schedule, and confirm fulfillment timelines across campaign components for accurate revenue recognition and performance

· Participate in assigned projects or initiatives that support new or enhanced products and services, process improvements or organizational changes

· Effectively communicate customer’s business needs, challenges, and opportunities internally; Working with the proposal desk as a team to provide insights for a final recommendation

· Execute change orders as necessary

Requirements

Qualifications:

 ·  The Digital Media Account Manager should have a deep understanding of all forms of digital media advertising

 ·  Minimum of 3+ years demonstrable success in digital advertising via media planning or media buying within the pharmaceutical ad industry

 ·  Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

 ·  Ability to build relationships with brand managers other senior level employees at recognized advertising agencies

 ·  Robust knowledge of recent developments and trends in digital advertising as they relate to the pharmaceutical/health industries, including products, digital solutions, mobile, video, rich media, and ad-serving platforms

 ·  Ability to multi-task while managing various accounts and client demands

 ·  Excellent time management skills

 ·  Driven, self-motivating, outgoing and personable

 ·  Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills

 ·  Experience with Chorus.ai and Salesforce a plus

 ·  Previous experience working in a remote setting is a plus

· $70,000 to $85,000 based on experience

· +33% Variable Compensation attainable on Target Earnings
