The Compliance Professional 2 generates ad hoc reports and regular datasets or report information for Medicaid Compliance. The Compliance Professional 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.
The Compliance Professional 2 develops and implements compliance metrics and quality reporting based on established guidelines/procedures. Researches compliance issues and validates data to assure compliance with contract obligations. May create specifications for reports based on business requests. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed.

Required Qualifications
- 2 or more years of experience in SQL
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 2-3 years of technical experience in data reporting
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
- In-depth experience in Microsoft Excel including formulas, pivots, charts, and graphs
- Experience creating automated reports and self-service tools such as PowerBi
- Experience in managed care or health care sector
- Prior experience working in a system analytics and/or data warehousing environment
Additional Information
At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested.
· Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership
· Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
· Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
· Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$57,700 - $79,500 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
