We are seeking an accomplished candidate to drive the adoption and implementation of artificial intelligence, ensuring our organization realizes the value from this cutting-edge technology. As the Experience, Strategy, and Transformation Lead, you will help build and implement artificial intelligence capabilities that significantly impact our employees and customers. Working on challenges of diverse scope and complexity, you will be at the forefront of driving AI adoption and usage within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead the strategic planning and execution of initiatives to drive the adoption of artificial intelligence technology across the organization.
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to ensure widespread understanding, enthusiasm, and integration of AI solutions.
- Anticipate and address potential challenges associated with organizational change, fostering a culture of adaptability.
- Cultivate collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support for AI initiatives.
- Provide recommendations on matters of significance related to AI technology, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish project goals, milestones, and success criteria.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and maximize the impact of AI technology.
- Foster a culture of innovation within the organization, encouraging teams to explore new ideas and approaches.
- Stay informed about industry trends, fostering a learning environment to adapt strategies based on evolving technologies.
- Set clear performance metrics and KPIs for AI initiatives, regularly monitoring and reporting on progress to ensure successful outcomes.

Required Qualifications
- 8 or more years of experience in roles related to strategy, transformation, technology adoption
- 2 or more years of project leadership experience
- Proven track record in leading successful change management initiatives, demonstrating the ability to navigate organizations through complex transformations
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain collaborative relationship with stakeholders at various organizational levels
- Track record of setting and achieving performance metrics and KPIs, with a focus on delivering tangible and measurable results
- Experience leading large teams/programs
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of artificial intelligence technologies and their applications within diverse business environments
- Master's Degree
- Program and/or Project Management experience
- Management consulting experience
- Technology implementation experience

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$102,200 - $140,700 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
