Jump in at the intersection of technology and healthcare! We’re looking for someone with a passion for leveraging technology to improve healthcare experiences for Humana’s members and patients to fill the role of Technology Solutions Principal for our Clinical technology team and work with Humana’s Office of the Chief Medical Officer. In this role, you’ll partner with Humana’s “OCMO” team on leveraging creative technology solutions to advance clinician experience, health equity and healthcare data & research all in the service of creating better health outcomes for the populations we serve. You’ll also have the opportunity to work across our Interoperability, Care Management and Utilization Management technology spaces, putting your experience and passion to use on new approaches to frictions in the healthcare space – and making a difference in the lives of millions.
The Technology Solutions Principal for Clinical and the Office of the Chief Medical Officer (OCMO) acts as a liaison and collaborates with the business and functional stakeholders to identify and deliver strategic enablement solutions. Works with senior executives to develop and drive segment or enterprise-wide functional strategies. Advises one or more areas, programs or functions and provides recommendations to senior executives on matters of significance, and as an advanced subject matter expert competent to work at very high levels in multiple knowledge and functional areas across the enterprise.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with in technology, healthcare, business or a related field
- 10+ years of total work experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross functional initiatives
- Highly collaborative, flexible, team oriented working style
- Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to develop and implement creative technology and process solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to quickly build and maintain trust with key business leaders/partners
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate and/or professional degree in technology, healthcare, business or a related field
- Prior healthcare industry experience

Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$139,500 - $192,000 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
