The Marketing Tech Partner Manager is a newly created role responsible for the strategy, execution, and management of the Webflow’s Tech Partner Marketing plan and team.

About the role 
  • Location: Remote-first (United States; BC & ON, Canada) 
  • Full-time
  • Exempt status
  • The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different U.S. geographic markets. The base pay for this role ranges from $107,200 in our lowest geographic market up to $149,800 in our highest geographic market. These figures are in $USD and apply to candidates in the United States. The specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.

As a Marketing Tech Partner Manager you’ll…

  • Build and launch our tech partner marketing program: collaboratively create the co-marketing strategy with our tech partners & Webflow team members to drive product adoption and build enterprise pipeline
  • Orchestrate and execute an integrated co-marketing strategy across our top tech partners aimed at growing pipeline, including:
    • Product-first digital campaigns in conjunction with performance marketing driving partner influenced revenue 
    • Co-Marketing with Product Marketing programs
    • Exec Events with Field Marketing
    • Tier 1 event activations with Strategic Events and ancillary events run by field marketing
    • Assets and digital content across creative and content teams
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively and often to ensure all collaborators across product, sales, product marketing, marketing, corporate strategy, partners and customer success are aligned
  • Inform messaging related to tech partner businesses and help cultivate and contribute stories.
  • Orchestrate and advocate priorities across marketing org (Strategic Events, Field Marketing, PMM, Sponsorships)
  • Work with PMM to develop clear and value driven messaging and positioning for our key tech partnerships integrations and tools to be used in global campaigns, keynotes, digital, and more to the relevant audiences.
  • Create sales and customer success co-selling enablement to highlight these partnerships to enterprise customers and prospects
  • Track and report on tech partner marketing program performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Work with strategic tech partners, like Hubspot, on partner events, sales enablement, trainings, and marketing opportunities
About you 

You’ll thrive as a Marketing Tech Partner Marketing Manager if you have:

  • 5+ years relevant experience in business development, integrated campaigns or partner marketing, ideally within startups/SaaS environment 
  • Strong background in creating successful marketing campaigns with external partners
  • Skilled at user research, crafting positioning/messaging for enterprise-focused integrations, and building partner marketing strategies
  • Proven interpersonal and communication skills—ability to formulate and articulate business value, joint value propositions with internal and external audiences, particularly partners
  • You feel at home when using data to make decisions, whether it is analytics, user research, or customer or sales team feedback
  • You pride yourself on being an owner and getting projects from ideation to go-live as quickly as possible.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, and an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
  • Experience working with multiple senior leaders and presenting to both internal and external audiences.
