Position Title: Chatbot Developer

Position Description:
We have an immediate opening for an Azure Chatbot Developer role with customer service Chatbot and Conversational Services; the resource should have.
Collaborating with business stakeholders and product teams to understand user needs and design chatbots that meet those needs.
Developing chatbots using programming languages such as Python and JavaScript, and integrating them with platforms such as Microsoft Bot Framework, Azure Cognitive Services.
Incorporating natural language processing (NLP) and natural language understanding (NLU) techniques to improve bot performance.
Deploying chatbots on cloud platforms such as Azure and configuring deployment channels for user consumption (web, teams, email, text, etc.).
Integrate chatbots with diverse data sources and external APIs, ensuring seamless access to information and task automation.
Harness Azure services like Azure Functions, Azure App Service, Azure Storage, and Azure Cosmos DB to create, deploy, and scale chatbot applications.
Troubleshooting and resolving bugs as well as continuously improving chatbots based on user feedback.
Understanding of GPT models.
Staying up to date with the latest trends and advancements in chatbot technology and incorporating this knowledge into the development process.
Conduct thorough testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, to validate chatbot functionality and ensure alignment with user requirements.
Establish monitoring and analytics mechanisms using Azure Monitor and other tools to track chatbot performance and user interactions
Skills Required:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in chatbot development, specifically utilizing Azure Bot Service and Microsoft Bot Framework.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.
Experience with NLP and AI technologies.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Azure certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate) are advantageous.
