Schedule: Must be available to work during Pacific Standard Time Zone business hours (between 8am-6pm PST)
Under supervision, assists with content creation, review and modifications to internal and external communication and marketing materials
Assists in coordinating the production, ordering and distribution of communications, including print and promotional orders, external mailings, e-newsletters and the publishing of web content, ensuring on-time production and distribution/delivery of materials
Assists in acting as a liaison between internal departments and the external vendor(s) to coordinate jobs
Daily oversight of materials review process and materials library
Monitor and track external vendor expenses
Ensures all state/federal regulatory and accreditation requirements are met in materials. Coordinate approval processes required by state/federal guidelines for materials per state requirements and department policies
Complies with policies, procedures, workflows, job aides and communication department training materials.
Facilitate and track internal review of incoming member and provider communication review requests, including coordinating subject matter expert and regulatory review, working with print and fulfillment vendor to update art, mailing and printing.
Update public website content as needed
Responsible for the development of communications and marketing activities aimed at brand and message management. Develops, implements, and manages communications programs.
