The Role:



The Clinical Sales Leader will be the primary Nursing spokesperson for the company on a clinical nursing level. Responsible for establishing the daily activities of the teams in coordination with the Zone Directors to ensure consistency in the organization's standards. The Business Clinical Sales Leader will also be the clinical spokesperson for the company at industry trade shows and conferences.

    Creation of objectives, and initiatives for the Presales Clinical Consultant (PSCC) team members, as they apply, to the company's patient monitoring ecosystem, inclusive of the informatics platform.

    Ensure that our customers receive the highest level of clinical consulting in the presale/development stage

    Work with the PSCC team to review activity to assist the sales teams in implementing a solution

    Follows the prescribed the company’s solution selling/problem solving methodologies enabling a measurable outcome for the customer

    Advising senior management on best nursing practices

    Developing solutions for critical hospital KPIs

    Conducting performance assessments

    Representing the company at industry trade shows and meetings



Requirements
5+ years experience in hospital setting with 5+ years of Med Tech or Tech experience 

    Advanced Nursing degree required, Master's degree preferred

    Extensive clinical and leadership skills for handling the wide-ranging managerial duties with precision

    Good interpersonal skills to lead, motivate, and mentor the presales clinical team.

    Strong strategic planning, problem-solving, critical thinking, decision-making, and analytical skills

    Well-versed in medical terminology and have the technical abilities necessary for operating the latest healthcare technology advancements

    Detail-oriented with good organizational skills and can create accurate reports for the executive team
