We are looking for an experienced Director of Content Partnership to join a company that is at the forefront of shaping the future of global entertainment through captivating audio series.

With a robust portfolio of long-form storytelling, they have positioned themselves as a dominant force in the entertainment landscape.

Their mission is to bring stories to life and transform them into compelling entertainment experiences, and they have successfully grown an engaged community of 80 million listeners who spend an average of over 110 minutes daily on their platform.


Key Responsibilities:


As the Director of Content Partnerships, you will be responsible for:


- Leading and developing partnerships with telcos, OEMs, chat messengers, media, publishers, and app ecosystem stakeholders.

- Engaging with prospective partners to articulate the value of our client's platform through strategic, value-based selling, business case development, and ROI analysis.

- Exceeding monthly and quarterly growth targets, with a strong emphasis on acquiring new partners while expanding existing relationships.

- Collaborating with internal product teams to establish a Go-to-Market (GTM) roadmap and drive strategic initiatives.

- Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with critical stakeholders, including content providers, advertisers, distributors, and technology partners.

- Negotiating and finalizing partnership agreements aligned with our client's strategic objectives and revenue growth.

- Monitoring and analyzing partnership performance metrics to optimize current relationships and identify new opportunities.

- Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to shape partnership strategies and decision-making.

- Conducting contract negotiations and finalizing deals in accordance with our client's contract guidelines and policies.


Qualifications:


- A master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- 10+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or a similar role within the Media/OTT/Television industry.

- A proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing strategic partnerships.

- A deep understanding of the media landscape, encompassing content distribution, advertising, and technology trends.

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- The ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a strategic and creative mindset.

- Proficient stakeholder management skills, along with robust contracting and negotiation abilities.

- Knowledge of modern advertising techniques, online selling platforms, and digital advertising mediums.


This is a remote opportunity (US), full-time. Salary: $200 - $220K/year, DOE.
