Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm PST
Responsible for providing clerical support to the QI Department. Essential Functions: Process incoming member reward forms by following a detailed job aid to determine whether the reward is approved or denied. This requires validating the information the member is attesting to by, 1) ensuring the member meets the reward requirements, and 2) identifying a claim in our system for the visit type the member attests to completing. Upon either approving or denying the reward, it is needed to enter the visit information into our online database. Lastly, save the reward form in the appropriate folder. Helps resolve member concerns and issues with incentive programs. There will be daily and weekly goals and notification to the Rewards Program team is required if unable to meet goals. The candidate will be joining a team that enjoys their work and the collaborative and supportive environment they have created.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Detail-oriented; excellent organizational skills; good verbal & written communication skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel Spreadsheets), PDF documents. Proficient at working in online web applications. Must be professional and diplomatic. Ability to prioritize projects, handle multiple tasks (e.g., having multiple applications open at once) and meet deadlines and weekly goals. High attention to detail and the ability to sort through multiple records. Ability to take initiative and sees tasks to completion. Ability to be a willing learner and active listener. Able to accept constructive feedback, ability to work well as a team and individually. Ability to abide by Molina's policies. Ability to maintain attendance to support require quality and quantity of work. Maintain confidentiality and comply with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective work relationships with coworkers, clients, members, providers and customers Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Required Experience: 0-2 years of experience, typing skills 60+ wpm., standard office procedures/protocol
