Real Estate Development
A key senior leadership role is responsible for providing strategic oversight and direction to three core departments within the organization: Development, Sales & Marketing, and Client Experience. This individual plays a pivotal role in the company's growth and expansion by driving innovation, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the highest standards of performance across all departments. As a strategic leader, the role actively engages in business development efforts and seeks out new development opportunities to enhance the organization's project portfolio.   With a comprehensive understanding of the development landscape, this role collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to create value for the organization and its partners.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop the organization's residential real estate development strategy, aligning with broader business objectives and growth plans.
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Development, Sales & Marketing, and After Sales Client Experience departments, ensuring seamless integration of objectives and initiatives.
  • Drive the company's growth and expansion by identifying and pursuing new residential development opportunities, leveraging market insights and industry relationships.
  • Oversee the Development department, focusing on successfully completing projects in alignment with budget, timeline, and quality standards.
  • Guide the Sales & Marketing department, ensuring it upholds the right framework in its pursuit of innovative promotional campaigns and sales strategies to maximize property sales.
  • Guide the After Sales Client Experience department, ensuring it upholds the right framework in its pursuit to deliver exceptional service to clients post-purchase, fostering long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to optimize resource allocation, streamline processes, and enhance project outcomes.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, such as investors, architects, contractors, government agencies, and community organizations.
  • Continuously monitor market trends and industry developments to identify new growth opportunities and potential challenges, refining the organization's strategy.
  • Cultivate a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team, providing mentorship and guidance to department leaders and staff.
  • Represent the organization in industry events, conferences, and before government authorities, promoting the company's brand and expanding its network.
