This is a remote position.

BizFirst is seeking a motivated Sales Account Manager to accelerate our growth in the Enterprise sector. This role primarily involves nurturing existing accounts and cultivating new relationships within small and medium-sized businesses focused on the civilian government sectors. If you possess a zeal for sales, a strong understanding of the Enterprise, and a background in recruitment or consulting, this could be your next big opportunity! (This is a remote position).

Primary Responsibilities:

Foster enduring customer relationships by addressing problems and exceeding expectations.
Propel new business through strategic prospecting and leads.
Formulate a plan to meet and surpass quota, aiming for year-over-year revenue growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to support sales efforts around implementation, delivery, troubleshooting, reporting, and optimization.
Stay abreast of trends within recruiting, civilian government hiring, and digital engagement.
Align sales efforts around long-term customer needs and BizFirst's capability to meet current and future demands.

Minimum Requirements:

3+ years of experience in sales or account management within the Enterprise sector is preferred (experience in recruitment or consulting is a plus).
Proficient in presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.
A consistent history of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to forecast accurately and manage a sales pipeline.
Experience with Zoho (or other CRM), Microsoft Office is required.
Aptitude to establish contact, build trust, and nurture relationships.
Excellent time management skills.
Detail-oriented.

Benefits:

Salary range for this position: $78,000 - $117,500 based on experience and qualifications.
Total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s) based on eligibility.
