SENIOR SUPERVISOR OF COORDINATOR PERFORMANCE

 

POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Supervisor of Coordinator Performance is responsible for leading employee development and executing departmental production strategies. They work with team Supervisors to monitor employee productivity and offer coaching to develop team members. They oversee Training Coaches and lead ongoing learning initiatives designed to optimize employee performance. They serve as a conduit between upper management, team Supervisors, and Coordinators to align best practices. They provide performance insights to upper management and identify production improvement opportunities. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES   

Supports the Operations Management team as needed with reporting, analysis, planning, and execution of production improvement efforts.

Drives performance improvement initiatives to ensure daily/weekly/monthly goals and other production commitments are achieved.

Leads ongoing employee development objectives for new and seasoned production staff.


Serves as a bridge between Operations and the Learning and Development team to ensure successful transition of new hire employees and communicate training needs. 


Partners with team Supervisors to identify best practices, provide performance management support and ensure production strategies are consistent across teams.  


Prepares production reports and analyzes performance trends to offer insights to upper management and propose plans to improve results.  

 

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Education – Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience – 3 years of Contact Center support or work force analysis experience.
  • Language Skills – Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate and interact with all levels of personnel within the organization, including presenting information and responding to questions from groups of managers.
  • Reasoning Ability – Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and make recommendations.
