• Research: Collaborate with leadership on improving, implementing, and executing strategy and process improvement.
• Resolve: Serve as an escalation point for specialists handling complex cases.
• Innovate: Effectively build, develop, and lead a team of 10 Business Relationship Experts and monitor daily metrics and providing management guidance.
• Mentor: Partner with teammates on mentoring our merchant customers through their PayPal journey by giving guidance on simple integrations, purchase & seller protection, as well as claim management processes.

Job Description:

In your day-to-day role you will

• Lead a group of employees into a high performing team that exceeds goals.
• Analyze customer feedback and present to stakeholders.
• Evaluate phone, email, chat cases for each teammate and troubleshoot escalations.
• Assess and interview incoming talent and drive training needs.

What you need to bring

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
• 2 years related experience
• 1 year experience in people management. Financial services and/or call center experience is a big plus. 
• Some experience working remotely would be advantageous.
