Our client is looking for a technical Lead of Product Led Growth to create world-class software
applications that power our move from a seed-stage startup to a high-growth company.
You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with Marketing, Design and
Engineering teams. Because its an early stage company, you will have the
opportunity to shape not only their products, but also their companys culture. The ideal
candidate is a great collaborator with both strategic and technical chops to oversee a

Our client uses Neuroscience and AI to drive a revolutionary software company that
transforms the creation of visual design (advertising, user interface, graphic design, etc.).
Backed by rigorous neuroscience testing, our solution provides SMBs, large corporations
and agencies with a proven method that allows end users to test and optimize their
designs in a matter of seconds, thus speeding up time-to-market, increasing ROI of
campaigns and fostering innovation. They also provides our users with instant design
recommendations based on a unique and proprietary technology that mimics the
human brain through neuroscience and AI. We believe the value of our product to
marketers, designers and advertisers is as relevant as a CRM to a sales person or an IDE
to a developer.
Responsibilities :
1. Build & Lead the tech team by planning & managing task distribution as well as
prioritization
2. Work with your team and cross functional partners to define and influence
roadmap and product strategy
3. Contribute to the product led strategy to position the company for explosive
growth through a low touch no touch sales model
4. Create detailed specifications for new features that are immediately actionable
for engineers and track and manage project progress.
5. Build internal processes for us to ship better, higher-quality features with higher
velocity
6. Be hands-on and engage in coding to help the team to develop the solution and
solve all surfacing problems at hand
7. Anticipate the evolution of the tech architecture that will be required to support
the growth
8. Assess analytics & event data streaming from products to be able to draw
product insights & ideate on new feature additions & bug fixes
9. Act as a mentor for less experienced members of the tech team

What we are looking for :
1. At least 5 years of commercial experience developing and shipping software.
2. 1 + years of experience working as a tech lead
3. Intermediate to Advanced experience of using AWS & managing AWS
infrastructure
4. Experience leading a technical team and managing multiple stakeholders.
5. Experience working in a product-led startup environment with Agile
methodologies.
6. Ability to work in a flexible manner, supporting the team in building prototypes
quickly, and evolving these into scalable production-quality systems.
7. Clear oral and written communication skills.
8. Demonstrated ability creating and managing priorities and timelines
9. Experience programming in JavaScript, Python, VueJS and CSS and familiarity
with their data structures
10. Experience using Git repository (GitLab or GitHub)
11. Strong experience with project management & associated software (JIRA,
confluence, etc.)
12. Experience articulating complex and technical concepts to non-technical
audiences
13. Strong understanding of SaaS businesses, and associated KPIs
14. Assets:
Experience in similar role SAAS startup who went from Seed to over serie

Extensive experience with Canva and some design experience is also
desirable
