We’re building Omni: a platform allowing developers to deploy applications across all rollups without fragmenting liquidity. We’re looking for founding team members to help us bring this ambitious vision to life.

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to build out the Omni team, with a focus on recruiting top tier engineering talent. 

Responsibilities
  • Close 15+ hires in your first year (majority in engineering roles).
  • Build authentic relationships with the crypto community through all means of sourcing; traditional or otherwise.
  • Manage end-to-end recruiting for multiple searches (primarily technical), creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent across a variety of roles.
  • Build out our recruiting processes, working with our team to define the pipeline for each role, and using your experience to define an efficient process with the right tools.
  • Build up the brand and reputation for Omni’s talent moat.
  • Conduct screening interviews.
  • Improve our conversion rate by following up with candidates to see how they are reasoning about the opportunity.
  • Track goals, metrics, and performance data of the hiring cycle while regularly communicating updates to hiring partners and leadership teams.

  • Requirements
  • 3+ years experience in technical recruitment for a fast-growing tech company (preferably crypto)
  • Ability to find the hard to find - tireless in sourcing and pursuing the best leads
  • Ability to filter out engineering candidates not meeting our high bar, before moving them on to the technical interview
  • Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong relationships
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and internet sourcing tools
  • Interest in the crypto space
