Job description

Position: User Researcher
Client: Arvest Bank
Location: 100% Remote
6 months; Could extend
Rate: Open rate
I'm not sure what the max bill rate is, but we tend to have a lot of flexibility with Arvest roles

Skillsets/Traits we desire:
o Learning Mindset
o Radical advocacy/empathy for users
o T shaped individuals with depth of knowledge in (Design, Research, or Content) while also having breadth across those areas
o Ability to work in a collaborative environment. Designers that want to work as lone wolves or cannot partner will not fit in
o Ability to present ideas, gain buy in, and not get defensive/ quiet when questions are asked, or ideas challenged
