Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in workforce management in a BPO environment or similar set-up.
Candidates must be from the Philippines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Experience with workforce management software preferred.

Technical Requirements:

Internet speed of at least 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
Laptop or desktop with a decent processor and at least 8GB of RAM.
