Your missions

Join our team as a Sales Development Representative! If you're driven by results and thrive in a remote environment, we want to hear from you. As an integral part of our team, you'll be responsible for generating leads, BANT qualifying prospects, and passing these qualified opportunities to our sales team and fueling our sales pipeline. This role offers the perfect blend of autonomy and teamwork, allowing you to contribute to our company's growth from the comfort of your home.


Responsibilities:


* Prospect and qualify potential customers through prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, and other lead generation strategies.
* Research and identify key decision-makers within target organizations.
* Articulate our value proposition to prospects and identify their needs and challenges.
* Schedule demo meetings for our sales team with qualified opportunities.
* Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
* Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales processes and strategies.
* Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.


Requirements:

*Candidate must be from the Philippines or the US.
* Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Adaptability and self-motivation.
* Comfortable working remotely with reliable internet access.
* Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
* Bachelor's degree preferred.


Technical Requirements:


* Internet speed of at least 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
* Laptop or desktop with a decent processor and at least 8GB of RAM.
