Our US client, a dynamic marketing agency, is seeking a skilled Ads Specialist to join the team. If you're passionate about driving digital advertising success and have expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, we want to hear from you. As an Ads Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and executing impactful online advertising campaigns.


Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms, with a focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and competitive landscapes.
  • Create compelling and effective ad creatives in collaboration with the creative team.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies for optimal results.
  • A/B test ad variations to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align advertising efforts with overall marketing objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and platform algorithm changes.

Requirements
Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Ads Specialist, with a focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • In-depth understanding of digital advertising platforms, strategies, and best practices.
  • Proficient in analyzing and interpreting campaign performance data.
  • Strong creative and analytical skills, with the ability to optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English. 
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and implementation.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in advertising platforms and algorithms.
  • Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications are a strong plus.
