Position Description:

 

RD Nutrition Consultants, LLC is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a vital role in initiating and nurturing relationships with potential clients, expanding our customer base, and driving sales growth. This position includes a significant focus on cold calling as a method of reaching out to potential accounts, and offers the opportunity to build a rewarding career in a fast-growing, flexible work environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Identify potential accounts and reach out to them through cold calling, utilizing various sales strategies.

2. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of RD Nutrition Consultants, LLC's services and offerings.

3. Create and present professional sales proposals and presentations to potential clients.

4. Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing, primarily through cold calling techniques.

5. Act as a liaison between clients and RD Nutrition Consultants, LLC, ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction.

6. Track all sales activities, maintain an accurate client database, and produce regular sales reports for management review.

7. Attend industry events, tradeshows, and conferences to network and gather market information, all while working remotely.

8. Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients for business growth.

9. Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and materials.

 

Qualifications:

 

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Nutrition, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a Sales Representative, Business Development Representative, or a similar role in sales, with a particular emphasis on cold calling.

3. Experience as a Dietitian is highly desirable.

4. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

5. Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics.

6. A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

7. Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.

8. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

9. Comfortable with the remote work environment and proficient with technology necessary for remote work.
