As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact between our company and our customers. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring that each interaction with our customers is positive and satisfactory. As part of the customer service team, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

- Process customer orders and track their status; and process returns.
- Attend and manage customer inquiries.
- Provide assistance and support to customers, including technical support.
- Resolve problems and conflicts effectively.
- Record and update customer information accurately.
- Follow up on issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Provide feedback to improve customer service and processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and strive for continuous service improvement.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in customer service or similar roles is an advantage.
- Customer-oriented, with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and diplomacy.
- Basic knowledge of computer tools and ticket tracking systems.
- Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Bachelor/University Diploma is a plus.
