MyOperator is looking to hire an SDR Team Leader who will identify new sales opportunities and handle both inbound and outbound calls to follow up Lead Generation from email campaigns and extensive outbound cold calling.

We aim to reach a million businesses across the globe in the next 10 years & to help businesses sell more, serve more. The person would be responsible for delivering sales which will help the next 10X growth.
Key Responsibility Area
Outbound cold calling and Market research on enterprise accounts will result in Generating Qualified leads before they become opportunities/deals.
Maintain and update the CRM system to track and reflect metrics.
Act as quality control for sales leads so that the process of closing and onboarding new accounts is as frictionless and efficient as possible.
Maintain regular check-ins with Enterprise Sales Managers and others who contribute to opportunity development to determine how sales opportunities are tracking against the plan and identify any problems for internal review and problem-solving.
Requirements
Experience with lead generation, prospect management & Sales in SaaS-based products.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
Able to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executives
Any bachelor’s or master’s degree.
Minimum 1yr of team handling experience.
