Job Description Summary

The Flight Affiliate Coordinator position will work with the Associate Director of Affiliate Operations over Account Management and Communication or of Compliance and statistics. Assist with weekly invoice processing and student account management Assist with auditing of FTA Invoices for compliance and accuracy. Maintaining of Electronic Files for each FTA and enrolled students at each location. Assist with compliance tracking and maintenance of files for FTAs and students. Assists with various projects in support of daily operations as directed. **

Essential Functions And Responsibilities**

  • Daily communication with FTAs:
  • Emails
  • Phone calls
  • Assistance in additional FTA Communication:
  • Online training (Creation and execution) – both to students and FTAs
  • Newsletter content and e-newsletter content
  • Social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc)
  • LUSOA FTA Website (Up to date and current)
  • Tasks utilizing FTA tracking software
  • Student inquiries
  • Other duties as assigned by the department

Qualifications And Credentials

Education and Experience

  • Four-year college degree required.
  • Well-developed written and oral communication skills
  • Well-developed computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Experience with software development and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environment while exercising sound judgment at all times.

Physical And Sensory Abilities

  • Frequently required to sit for extended periods to perform deskwork or type on a keyboard.
  • Regularly required to hear and speak in order to effectively communicate orally.
  • Occasionally required to stand, walk, and climb stairs to move about the building.
  • Handle materials, reach overhead, kneel or stoop in order to conduct business.
  • Regularly lift 20 or fewer pounds.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Work Environment

This work environment is primarily in office, but may include limited traveling, and tradeshow style environments.
