Job description

In this role, our Fringe Benefit Administrator oversee and lead the workflow in the Benefit Eligibility Department while ensuring regulatory compliance. A Benefit Eligibility Analyst will process contribution reports received from client companies, enter new or revised enrollments and maintain strong relationships and communication with our clients. Our Analysts will require strong abilities within Excel®, benefit administration, as well as excellent customer service skills.

Primary Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Processes contribution reports received from client companies.
  • Bank and client contribution reconciliations.
  • Contacts client companies regarding discrepancies.
  • Enters new and revised enrollments and requests
  • Attaches coverage information for medical, dental, vision, life, employee assistance programs, DUB and disability plans to the employee/dependent records as required.
  • Communicates extensively by phone, email and letter with client companies and covered members.
  • Time/Function Allocation

At Risk Strategies Company, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off and paid holidays for eligible employees. The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected base pay range for this position is between $40,000 - $54,000. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
