Job description

This position is responsible for developing, and executing on, the end-to-end waiver process for all applicable clients, including but not limited to: partner selection; technical and non-technical workflows; system enhancements; auditor/partner training; daily performance tracking; and priority management in conjunction with Client Experience/Account Management.

Primary Responsibilities & Duties: - Serve in lead role in reviewing, modifying and maintaining end-to-end waiver process. Serve as primary business owner and lead contact for selected partners, including but not limited to clearinghouse (eligibility) and BPO partner (auditing). - Review/enhance/modify/maintain waiver audit workflows and redefine processes as necessary. - Work with technical product management to review full waiver workflow from a system perspective, serving in lead role on project team determining priorities and deliverables. - Document end-to-end waiver workflow for all personas, including internal users, client administrators, and students. - Coordinate full training for both internal team and BPO partner (semi-annual). - Build, maintain and monitor daily work/task allocation reporting and daily performance monitoring. - Serve as advisor and subject matter expert for internal team, assisting Client Experience personnel with any workflow questions that arise.

Requirements & Qualifications: - 1-3 years’ experience in leading role working with business process outsourcing partner. - Bachelor’s Degree Preferred or 3-5+ years of experience in a Business Process role. - PC proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook.
