As a Strategy Transformation Manager you are responsible for leading and executing strategic transformation initiatives. You drive transformation by leading and consulting with capabilities and know-how. You work with senior leadership to define the goals and roadmap for transformations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement transformation initiatives. **

Your Tasks**

  • Moving continuously at the edge of the organisation to gather inspiration and insights about transformation in society, industry and mega trends – acts as first point of contact for inspiration
  • Conducting strategic analysis and identifying opportunities for improvement and change
  • Developing business cases and transformation plans for selected initiatives
  • Supporting leaders in fundamental rethinking of the organization, business unit or function
  • Communicating and engaging with stakeholders at all levels to ensure buy-in, support and identify critical success factors
  • Leading the execution and delivery in terms of quality and timing of transformation projects
  • Development and facilitation of effective strategy & transformation related workshops with teams of every level of seniority
  • Driving change management and fostering a culture of transformation and continuous learning
  • Delivering a strong, yet flexible and ever-growing toolset of change elements in ways-of-working

Your Profile

  • Personality: Outstanding people person with strong relationship skills. Personality and skills to lead project-teams effectively and people-oriented under high pressure and demand to deliver results.
  • Working: High level of strategic thinking, analytical ability and leadership skills.
  • Experience and Know-how: At least 6 years of experience, preferably in a role as (an external) organisational change management consultant, proven track record of delivering successful transformational change, project and portfolio management, business analysis and problem solving.
  • Qualification: Master’s degree in business administration, management, economics or equivalent, preferably with a focus on organisational development and change, strategy, project management.
  • Languages: Strong skills in written and spoken English, ideally good German skills.
  • Other: Good MS Office skills.
