Leading all operational processes for in-person card payments products
Building and optimising scalable processes to continue Revolut’s Acquiring hyper-growth
Leading and implementing key projects on supply chain management and optimisation end to end
Managing critical vendor and partner relationships, including sourcing, negotiation, and monitoring
Exploring and defining which projects the team should prioritise, and setting a timeline to reach goals quickly
Becoming a key contributor in product investigation and scoping/searching for new features to provide a seamless customer experience
A 2:1 STEM degree from a top university
3+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment
Hands-on coding experience with SQL, Python, or R
Experience with POS systems and devices and/or experience with supply chain management
A solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects
A magic skill to break complex problems into smaller ones and enjoy working with data
A natural curiosity and will to make an impact
An interest in the financial industry
