Job description

We are currently seeking a Systems Engineering SME for a proposal we are working on for Unified Platform (UP) supporting US Cyber Command. As part of this contract, you will work with a team of qualified professionals that will drive UP to an agile maturity level on par with the industry's successful development, security, and operations (DevSecOps) organizations of comparable size and scope. **

Minimum Qualifications**

  • 7+ years experience in software engineering (or related technical field)
  • 5+ years of experience as lead engineer for software intensive project(s)
  • 5+ years of experience with DevOps\/DevSecOps implementations
  • Ability to explain complex issues to others in a manner that facilitates informed decision making
  • Strong experience working with AWS cloud platforms with the ability to design, deploy, and manage infrastructure using cloud-native services.
  • Proficient in scripting languages (e.g. Bash or Terraform) to automate repetitive tasks and create efficient, self-healing systems.
  • Experience with Kubernetes

Compensation And Benefits

Salary: $146,667 - $172,174

As a Full-time RVCM employee, you can also expect these additional benefits:

  • A company-provided laptop plus a $1,000 Home Office Bonus upon hire; $500 per year thereafter to purchase additional equipment to improve productivity at home.
