Oqton Business Development Representative – AMS

Oqton’s AMS team is leading software sales with a wide portfolio of products from reverse engineering & inspection solution s to design for additive manufacturing and AI driven manufacturing operating systems .

Oqton’s AMS team is redefining how dental laboratories organize and execute their production. Traditionally, a lot of manpower and time is used to prepare and organize the digital production in a dental lab (3D Printing & CNC milling ) . The preparation work is technical and patient-specific, yet repetitive in nature, and typically performed by dental technicians that are increasingly hard to recruit . With the dental market requesting shorter delivery terms and ever increasing flexibility, and government regulations increasing at the same time, dental labs are under stress and hindered in their growth . Leveraging our expertise in Artificial Intelligence, our solution enables automated work preparation and planning for 3D Printing and CNC, and automated traceability for all production steps, effectively addressing all key challenges of dental labs .

To continue growing our business, we are seeking a Business Development Representative

who has a deep understanding of technology /software sales and a proven track record in sales to develop new and existing clients in the Americas .

We are looking for a Business Development Representative with a n entrepreneurial spirit, has a few years’ experience in phone & social media selling and is keen on developing his/her sales skills to be used in developing new and existing clients .

You will be responsible for driving new business growth and nurturing and expanding existing business revenues through sales call activities. Y ou will act as a knowledgeable resource for customers who have questions or product-related issues as well as keep a pulse on market trends and new opportunities.

Your outgoing nature and ability to gain buy-in from others will help grow the company’s reputation as well as the territory’s revenue.

Responsibilities**

  • Outbound calling to new and existing customers
  • Lead management and follow-up
  • Orchestrating the customer journey (from lead qualification to PO including expansion & retention )
  • Work closely with the Oqton eco-system ( AE ’s, product Dev. and marketing ) teams
  • Manage customer data in CRM system and generate accurate pipeline and forecasts
  • Deliver customer presentations, discuss value of solutions, create quotations & conclude price negotiations
  • Closing sales and achieving quotas

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years experience selling software via phone/social media
  • S elf-sufficient and Self-motivated
  • Value-based selling skillset
  • Proactive engagement & entrepreneurship
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills
  • Direct/Indirect inside sales experience
  • Salesforce experience
  • Dental background (Optional)
