Job Title: Account Executive III, Intervention Specialist

What You’ll DoThe objective of the Intervention Specialist is to increase HMH Connected Bookings with a specific focus on growing the revenue for the Intervention Line of Business and associated Services.
Job Responsibilities - Meet assigned quota. - Drive intervention sales growth in the assigned territory via collaboration with Connected Account Executives (AE) account owners to achieve defined revenue targets. - Develop and implement strategic plans to build the intervention pipeline through the expansion of existing accounts and the identification of new business opportunities - Act as a trusted advisor by understanding data trends, qualifying customer needs, positioning implementation models and presenting solutions - Support Intervention proposal development and negotiations to increase win rates and optimize deal value - Model Intervention sales best practices and provide 1:1 coaching support to Connected Account Executives - Deliver Customer-facing Intervention sales presentations if needed - Support rollout of the HMH Insights program by leading Data/Coherence Map meetings in target accounts - Collaborate with Intervention Segment Director and other Intervention Specialists to develop regional and state strategies, sales campaigns and events - Provide product development/marketing input - Communicate with regional and national team members in a timely manner
Requirements - This position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience - 2-4 years sales experience with a proven track record in meeting quota. Educational sales experience and teaching skills are desirable. - Proficient in MS Office and Sales Management Software - Acceptable driving record required - Position requires up to 10% travel.
