We are always looking for exceptional individuals to join our multinational group of talented professionals and right now we are seeking to recruit a results-driven and highly motivated Territory Sales Manager to cover Scotland and join our expanding team.

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with clients within your assigned territory. You will play a crucial role in driving sales, achieving revenue targets, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

This role is a home-based role covering Scotland, actively driving growth through sales management in the UK domestic, commercial, industrial segments/installations with some supporting coverage into the utility, generation and renewable segments.

This is a technical role and requires an understanding/experience of electrical power/domestic distribution systems along with test and measurement principles. A Formal City and Guilds / ONC/HNC qualification in Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the assigned territory.
  • Safely demonstrate a range of equipment designed for testing domestic, commercial, and industrial installations.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective planning and execution.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Formal City and Guilds / ONC / HNC qualification in Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline would be an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of electrical power/domestic distribution systems along with test and measurement principles with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Computer literate, conversant with MS Office packages, social media platforms, digital networking/conferencing/meeting MS Teams, Zoom etc.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
  • Must hold a UK driving license.
