Job Overview**

Supports day to day management and optimization of client accounts- certification projects from initiation through final client deliverables. Includes work order creation, invoicing, and certification packet release along with other Account Manager, Auditors, and Program Manager. **

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Process initial and renewal client applications, work orders and invoices and ensuring accuracy and timely response
  • Manage and complete Certification Assessments timely based on expiration and Auditor reports
  • Develop and maintain strong, long term relationships with clients, GPC, Europe, India
  • Propose and implement initiatives to improve client retention and promote strong client relationships
  • Resolve client issues and/or complaints
  • Organize and maintain client files and documentation, assist in development and maintenance of program procedures, protocols
  • Willingness to be proactive and work beyond job responsibilities to design new systems and improve existing systems
  • Interface with technical staff (remote & internal) to ensure timely service delivery
  • Provide support and insight to the Marketing and Sales Teams
  • Process high-level inquiries quickly, proactively and follow through on tasks to successful completion
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of each certification program supported
  • Detail oriented
  • Revenue flow comprehension
  • Maintain GPG and update as necessary for client request and Data changes
  • Support team account managers to balance work loads

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associates degree or equivalent combination of training and experience in a relevant field
  • 2+ years’ experience in customer service, project coordination, or similar experience
  • Experience using MS Office Suite, CRM and online business tools
  • Excellent relationship building skills as well as project organizational techniques and tools
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Prefer fluent language skill in: Portuguese, Spanish, or French

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associates degree or equivalent combination of training and experience in relevant field
  • 2+ years’ experience in customer service, project coordination, or similar experience
  • MS Office Suite, CRM, Salesforce and online business tools

Working Remotely**

At this time, SCS Global Services is recruiting all open roles to be remote; allowing our employees the ability to work flexibly and allowing SCS as a company to diversify the experience and perspectives of our growing workforce. This role will be based out of your home office. **

Estimated Annual Salary**

$50,000.00-$60,000.00 **
