This is a remote position.


Working hours to be 1pm-10pm IST.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities.

US Accounting Exp is a MUST.

• Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
• Enter financial transactions into internal databases
• Check spreadsheets for accuracy
• Maintain digital and physical financial records
• Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
• Review and file payroll documents
• Create and update expense reports
• Prepare bank deposits
• properly recognize revenue per GAAP principles
• A/R and following with client’s outstanding invoices
• A/P

Work Experience Qualification

• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
• Familiarity with finance regulations
• Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
• Hands-on experience with MS Excel and QuickBooks is REQUIRED

• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
