This is a remote position.
Personal Assistant to CEO
Delhi / NCR (Currently remote)
We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate individuals, who can cope with the contradictions of real life, as PA to our CEO.
Our working environment is flexible, currently e-working
Job Responsibilities:
- Serves as CEO’s gatekeeper
- Organize calendar, coordinate meetings/appointments
- Draft/manage correspondence
- Monitor, keep track of task assignments with relevant teams
- Assist on day-to-day administrative and operational matters
- Run business and personal errands as required
Requirements
- Young and Smart with 2-3 years of working experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Well verse in G Suite and MS Office
- Systematic, organized, and good time management skills
- Positive thinker, proactive, resourceful, able to prioritize multiple projects
