Job description

Position: Salesforce Product Owner

Location: CST /PST (Remote work)

Contract duration: 1 year

Rate: $Market All Inclusive

Qualifications:

As the Salesforce Product Owner – Service Cloud, you will be the Service Cloud expert and implement client projects, participate in presales activities.

The ideal candidate will be Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant with numerous enterprise project deployments. You will bridge and align business requirements and technical solutions. Your experience covers a strong knowledge of Salesforce, Service Cloud best practices, and business acumen, processes, agile methodology, data management and effectively running a project team to meet client goals.

• Extensive knowledge of Service Cloud best practices and features to design the best solution for your clients.

• Execute all phases of a Salesforce project: discovery and requirements definition, design, build, test and deploy.

• Experience leading a Salesforce project team.

• Strong project management (especially agile) and business analyst capabilities.

• Solid verbal and written communication skills.

• Technical aptitude to configure and customize Salesforce.

• Preparing and delivering client presentations and demos.

• Experience working with Salesforce Developers to develop custom code functionality, and possessing a working knowledge of Triggers, Apex, Lightning Components.

• Understands of all aspects of Salesforce Service Cloud current and future release functionality

• 5+ years of Salesforce project implementation experience and 2+ years of Service Cloud experience.

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software applications.

• Service Cloud Consultant certification is a plus.

· FSL and other certifications a plus.

· Bachelor's degree Computer Science or related field.
