Amazon Account Manager

£35,000 - £45,000 + 20% Bonus

Remote - able to travel to the Dorset HQ periodically

y Dorset based client is a leader within their niche that provide innovative bespoke solutions to enhance Amazon sales for their impressive portfolio of B2B and B2C customers.

Due to an increase in demand, my client is actively seeking an Amazon Account Manager to join their team, to support the Account Director in the Management of multiple accounts - with a view to the successful applicant taking over accounts and progressing into a Account Director position within the growing company.


Responsibilities

As an experienced Amazon Account Manager you will complete in depth weekly reporting and present analysis / key actions back to multiple clients.
Work closely with wider team to ensure projects are delivered and our clients Amazon Business continues to scale
Work closely with SEO team and continuously oversee and optimise product listings using strong knowledge of keyword research, Amazon algorithms and keyword search rankings.
Listing creation / Listing Auditing: Work closely with internal teams to ensure our Clients ASINs are best in class

  • Asset Creation – Work with the Graphic Design team to create engaging Amazon imagery for our clients
  • Work closely with Advertising team to ensure our client’s Advertising budget is maximised and delivering against our agreed strategy
  • Draw experience from existing Sales team members to help ensure your clients are adopting best practice
  • Full management of stock across Seller and Vendor Platforms
  • Project manage A+ content and store design
  • Monitor the accounts’ health and performance metrics and implement strategies to ensure account health is kept in tact.
  • Work with Amazon AVS and Internal Account Management teams to resolve issues
  • Raise cases with Amazon Seller/Vendor Support to resolve issues




Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central account management with a demonstrable track record of success or Account Management experience and a desire to learning Amazon.
  • Strong understanding of the inputs to get a listing swiftly ranked and within the top 10.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon marketing advertising and 3rd party tools e.g. Helium 10
  • Experience of having sole ownership and financial responsibility over e-commerce channels
  • High level of copywriting in relation to advertising and listing creation.
  • A passion for innovation, someone who is looking to constantly improve and wants to bring new ideas.
  • Photoshop / photo editing skills to boost listing appearance and A+ Content.
  • IT Literate, knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, with particularly strong skills in Microsoft Excel
  • You are required to be proactive in improving the process and changing the strategy to suit the needs of the business
