Job description

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: With your strategic prowess, you'll create and execute plans that reach sales targets, expand our customer base, and elevate our organization. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to design and implement an effective sales strategy.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong and effective client relationships. By identifying client needs and providing excellent customer service, you'll foster long-term partnerships and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Partner Relationship Development: Nurture existing partner relationships and forge new collaborations within our partner ecosystem. Identify opportunities for mutually beneficial partnerships and strategic alliances.
  • Sales Team Management: Lead and manage the sales team, empowering them through training, mentoring, and motivation. Monitor performance, provide feedback, and ensure the collective success of the team.
  • Market Analysis and Pricing Strategy: Stay ahead of the competition by researching, analyzing, and setting price points that maximize sales and maintain healthy profit margins. Continuously monitor market trends and customer preferences to identify new markets and increase market share.
  • Brand Development: You will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand and aligning it with our core values. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop a comprehensive brand development strategy that resonates with our target B2B audience. Conduct thorough research to identify our ideal clients and craft a compelling market positioning strategy.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments to develop marketing materials and identify opportunities for effective marketing. Align sales and marketing efforts to maximize impact.
  • Sales Campaigns: Unleash your creativity by designing and executing compelling sales campaigns tailored to the B2B market. Utilize your extensive network to identify high-quality leads and nurture them through the sales process. With innovative business development strategies, you'll effectively engage in networking activities, generating leads and boosting sales.
  • Proposal Development: Work on and deliver proposals and respond to requests for proposals (RFPs) for upcoming opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling proposals that address client needs and showcase our capabilities.
  • Sales Performance Analysis: Analyze pipeline and lead data, providing key business insights related to demand generation, conversion rates, target accounts, and more. Deliver periodic reporting to the sales and marketing teams.


Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Head of Sales or in a similar leadership role within the consulting sales domain, preferably in relevant industry sectors.
  • Experienced in enterprise sales - including selling professional services/consultancy services and IT development services.
  • Experience in working with Retail, Consumer Goods.
  • Should have knowledge of POS, OMS, ERP, ECommerce, PIM services
  • Strong track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and team members.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, adapting to changing market dynamics.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, inspiring and motivating a sales team.
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
