Job description

The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have the ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.


This profile requires candidates to work from home and must have their own laptop and high-speed internet. The candidate must be motivated to grow with the company and work with an entrepreneurial mindset considering a start-up work culture.


Admission Counsellor / Sales Manager (Individual Contribution)- Responsibilities 

  • Driving inquiries & admissions for 21K School offered for the International/Domestic Markets
  • Looking after the entire sales life cycle: starting from engaging with the large volume of well-qualified leads, making phone/video calls, product demonstration, til the final conversion i.e. admission.
  • Counselling Parents & Students via call, email or in-person for home schooling – Today’s smart schooling and a way ahead.
  • Updating and maintaining MIS reports
  • Carrying weekly Admission/revenue and collection targets.
  • Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
  • Establishing the uniqueness and effectiveness of 21K School’s model of online/blended learning.
  • Maintaining a detailed database of all the interactions on the CRM with the leads and providing constant feedback to the marketing team on lead quality.
  • Operations and Reporting



Requirements
  • 2-5 Years’ experience in B2C Sales
  • Excellent Verbal & Written communication Skill
  • Go-getter, strive for sales excellence with a nag for exceeding Targets
